About the in-person class
Where is the class held?
Our 3-day hands-on class is held at our Ocala, FL training facility (3426 SW 74th Ave #102, Ocala, FL 34474). Students travel in from across the U.S.
What time does the class start?
Typically 9:00 AM each day. If you need to amend this, let us know and we will try to accommodate.
How long is the class?
3 full days, roughly 18 hours of hands-on instruction.
Can I bring my own inflatables to work on?
Yes, it's encouraged — you leave with real repairs finished on your own units.
Can I bring a second person?
Yes; ask about pricing for a second seat when you request the pricing guide.
Are photos and video recording allowed?
Yes, we encourage video, photos, and notes. We'll actually stop at certain parts of the class curriculum to suggest this at critical phases of the training.

How does the online course work?
20+ on-demand video lessons, self-paced, on any device. Rewind and re-watch as much as you need.
How long do I have access?

Do I get a certificate?
Yes, every student who completes the course earns the FixMyInflatable Repair Certificate.
Is the online course as good as the in-person class?
It covers the same core repairs; the in-person class adds private hands-on 1-on-1 time on your own units.
About the machine
Which sewing machine do I need?
A heavy-duty walking-foot machine with a cylinder arm and titanium needles. Our portable Pro machine is built for exactly this.
Can I use a machine I already own?
Yes, if it's a compatible heavy-duty walking-foot machine that handles vinyl and multiple layers.
How does the machine ship?
Crated and palletized via freight, nationwide across the lower 48. Freight is added at checkout / in the pricing guide.

Yes — lifetime support access, so you're never troubleshooting a repair alone.
